About Mary-Anne Schelb

Holistic Lifestyle Coach | Founder of Intentional Calm | Creator of the Intentional Calm Method™

Hi, I’m Mary-Anne.

I created Intentional Calm to help women navigate life with more clarity, steadiness, and intention — especially during seasons of stress, burnout, transition, and personal reinvention.

For nearly three decades, I have supported people through meaningful life shifts with a blend of grounded guidance, compassionate listening, and whole-person practices that help them calm the noise, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater confidence.

What I Help Clients Do

I help clients:

  • regulate stress and emotional overwhelm
  • rebuild calm from the inside out
  • create healthier habits, boundaries, and routines
  • navigate transitions with more confidence and clarity
  • reconnect with the version of themselves that feels most true

My Approach

My work is rooted in the belief that real change does not come from pressure, perfection, or pushing harder.

It comes from learning how to slow down, listen inward, calm the nervous system, and take aligned next steps that are sustainable in real life.

That is why my work blends practical coaching with holistic support. Depending on your needs, our work may include lifestyle coaching, mindset and habit support, emotional grounding, Reiki, craniosacral support, journaling, or a blend of tools that meets you where you are.

Background & Credentials

I am a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, certified Craniosacral Therapist, and educator in Reiki, chakra balancing, crystal healing, meditation, journaling, and intentional living.

These modalities are not the point of the work — they are supportive tools that can deepen the process when aligned.

The Heart of Intentional Calm

Intentional Calm is about more than stress relief.

It is about creating a life that feels more grounded, more honest, more spacious, and more fully your own.
