Do I need to believe in Reiki or energy work for this to help?
No. You don’t need to “believe” in anything for the session to be beneficial.
Come with an open mind and simply allow yourself to relax and receive.
How should I prepare for a session (in-person or remote)?
Wear comfortable clothing, avoid rushing in if you can, and come hydrated. If
you’re doing a remote session, choose a quiet space where you can lie down or
sit comfortably and won’t be interrupted.
What will I feel during a session?
Everyone is different. Some people feel warmth, tingling, heaviness/lightness,
emotional release, deep calm, or mental clarity. Some people feel very little
in the moment and notice the effects later.
What if I fall asleep?
That’s completely fine — and often a sign your nervous system is finally
settling. The work still supports you.
How often should I book sessions?
If you’re feeling generally stable and want maintenance, many clients
choose monthly. If you’re in a stressful season, transition, or
working through something specific, every 1–2 weeks for a
short period can be very supportive. We can decide together based on your goals
and what you’re experiencing.
Are remote sessions really as effective as in-person?
Yes. Remote sessions offer the same intention, personalization, and energetic
support — with the added benefit that you can fully relax in your own space.
Is this a replacement for medical or mental health care?
My services are designed to support overall well-being, stress regulation, and
personal growth, and they may complement medical or mental health care. They
are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or therapy from
a licensed provider. If you’re experiencing a medical or mental health
emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency
room.
