Healing sessions focus more on nervous system support, emotional reset, energetic balance, and helping you feel calmer and more centered.

Some clients choose one path. Others benefit from a blend of both.

Q: Do I need to know exactly what I need before reaching out?

Not at all. That’s exactly why I offer a complimentary consult. We can talk through what you’re navigating and determine what kind of support would serve you best.

Q: Do you offer virtual support?

Yes. Many services are available virtually, and in-person sessions are also available locally.

I work primarily with women who are navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or a desire to live with more intention and steadiness.
