Booking & Payment
Sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session, except in the case of emergency.
Packages
Packages are designed to encourage consistency and are non-refundable once started unless otherwise discussed.
