Before we begin, a few simple policies help ensure a smooth, supportive experience and allow me to honor each client’s time with care and consistency.

To protect a calm, supportive experience for every client — and to honor your time and mine — the following policies help keep scheduling smooth, respectful, and consistent.
Booking & Payment

Payment is due at booking to reserve your session time.
Sessions, packages, and memberships may be purchased in advance to secure preferred scheduling.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged or forfeited, except in true emergencies.
Packages

Package pricing is available with payment in full.

Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.  

Packages are non-transferable.
Monthly Energetic Maintenance

Month-to-month memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

The 6-month maintenance option is paid in full, is non-refundable, and sessions must be used within the 6-month period.

Memberships are non-transferable.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so the next client is not impacted.

Full session fees still apply.
Support Between Sessions

Any between-session support is intended for encouragement and accountability and is not meant for urgent or crisis situations.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
