Humbled...
I enjoyed the presentation with Mary-Anne Schelb, It was one of the best that I heard on the importance of putting yourself first. I felt as if she knew me and was speaking to me personally. I need to release all the toxins, anger and frustrations that she spoke about. I have been telling everyone about my experience with her webinar. Last night I could not fall back to sleep, so I actually practiced the box breathing technique she recommended and I went back to sleep.

Calm 30 Day Challenge was very informative. As a Light Worker and a Tai Chi /
Qigong instructor I found Mary-Anne a wealth of information in reducing stress
and improving the quality of life. Tai Chi/ Qigong is “meditation in motion”
and breathing is the foundation of the practice. I use a breathing technique
she taught. Breathe in love, calm, courage...breathe out worry, fear, anxiety.
My students really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this course to everyone of
all ages and all walks of life.
