I have worked with many energy practitioners over the past three
decades, and Mary-Anne is truly a powerhouse. I have had numerous Reiki
sessions with her, and she is exceptionally compassionate, knowledgeable,
positive, and deeply intuitive. Every time I leave a session, I feel
that major energetic shifts have taken place.

I went into my first session with Mary-Anne curious and a little
skeptical. I’m a results-oriented person, and I wasn’t sure what to expect from
Reiki or whether I’d feel anything at all. The session itself was
simple and professional: I laid on the table fully clothed in a quiet, calming
room while Mary-Anne worked with gentle hand placements—mostly above and around
me—without any pressure or manipulation. What surprised me was how quickly my

I’ll be honest — I was skeptical about Reiki. I’m the kind of
person who wants results that are quantified and have instant gratification so
I didn’t go in expecting to notice anything dramatic or
instantaneous. What surprised me was how calm and clear I felt
afterward. During the session, I noticed a warm, lightly pulling, connected
sensation — not uncomfortable or strange, just noticeable. It felt like my body
was actually responding to something, even though I was lying still the entire

I enjoyed the presentation with Mary-Anne Schelb, It was one of

Intentional Calm 30 Day Challenge was very informative. As a Light
Worker and a Tai Chi / Qigong instructor I found Mary-Anne a wealth of
information in reducing stress and improving the quality of life. Tai Chi/
Qigong is “meditation in motion” and breathing is the foundation of the
practice. I use a breathing technique she taught. Breathe in love, calm,
