- Energetic Grounding (1 min): Visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet into the earth, anchoring you securely.
- Reiki Light Visualization (2 min): Imagine a gentle stream of healing light (universal life energy) flowing in through the crown of your head and down through your body, clearing any stuck or heavy energy.
- Affirmation or Intention (30 sec): Silently or aloud, affirm something like “I am grounded. I am calm. I am supported.”
