Dog days of summer...

The phrase "dog days of summer" traditionally refers to the hottest and most sultry days of summer, typically occurring in July and August in the Northern Hemisphere. It's a time when the heat can be oppressive, and people may seek ways to stay cool and comfortable.


Let's look at it a little differently.  Let's think of it like a summer hibernation, a time to go within, reflect, and rebuild.  Taking advantage of the slower pace and quieter moments during the summer can be beneficial for personal growth and well-being. Here's how you can embrace this concept:

1. Go within: Use this time to introspect, meditate, and connect with your inner self. Explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. It's an opportunity for self-discovery and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.
