To book a session or request availability:

Complete the form on the left side of this page, email intentionallycalm@gmail.com, or text 413-250-0455 with:

  • The service you’d like to book

  • Virtual (recommended) or in-person

  • Your preferred days/times

  • A brief note on what you’re hoping to shift or work through

Most sessions are offered virtually — a convenient option that fits easily into a busy schedule, with no travel time required.

In-person sessions are also available at The Healing Coop, 175 Dwight Road, Suite 309, Longmeadow, MA.
