To protect a calm, supportive experience for every client and ensure scheduling stays smooth, please review the following:

Booking & Payment

• Payment is due at booking to reserve your session time.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged or forfeited, except in true emergencies.

Packages

• Session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Monthly Membership

• Monthly Energetic Maintenance is billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
• Members receive priority scheduling and locked-in monthly pricing.
